100 ml milk
1/2 cup flour
Pinch of Salt & Pepper
1. In a cup, mix together: eggs + milk, then add the flour. Batter is very liquid. Place the lid of the cup and refrigerate for 50-60 minutes.
2. Pre-heat oven to 220 C, add a 1x1x1 cm block of butter into each muffin cup, then place the cups in the oven to heat for 5-10 minutes.
3. Pour the butter into the muffin cups (that now contains melted butter) and fill about halfway.
4. Bake for 17 minutes.
5. Topping ideas: cream cheese, cheese, salmon, ham, even jam!
