Wok vegetables, minced meat, noodles 🥰

🍜 Indomie Goreng

Minced meat:
🦴 250 gr minced meat
🦴 3 cloves garlic
🦴 2 eggs
🦴 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
🦴 1 tbsp salty soy sauce
🦴 Salt and pepper as necessary
🦴 Butter/olive oil for saute

Veggy wok:
🥦 1 zucchini, sliced
🥦 2 cups mung bean sprouts
🥦 1 cup zero-calorie noodle (or noodle of choice)
🥦 3 medium carrots, sliced
🥦 1 medium broccoli head, cut in florets
🥦 1 onion, sliced
🥦 Handful cherry tomatoes
🥦 Mixed Italian herbs
🥦 3 cloves garlic, grated
🥦 2 tbsp ginger powder
🥦 3 tbsp salty soy sauce
🥦 salt and pepper as necessary

1. Prepare as written on the package
Minced meat
1. Saute garlic until fragrant in butter/olive oil.
2. Add minced meat, soy sauce (sweet and salty), salt, and pepper as necessary. Cook thoroughly.
3. Set the meat aside in the pan and break 2 eggs on the other side. Scramble.
4. combine the egg and meat, cook for a few more seconds.

Veggy Wok:
1. Sauté onion in olive oil until fragrant and caramelized.
2. Add garlic, salt, pepper, and ginger powder, sauté until fragrant.
3. Add the carrots, zucchini, and soya sauce. Mix and cover with lid.
4. After approximately 7 minutes, add broccoli. Stir and cover with lid.
5. After everything is cooked, add cherry tomatoes, soy bean sprouts, and noodles of choice.
6. Cover with lid and cook for another 2-4 minutes.
7. Check for flavor. Add seasoning (soy sauce/ginger powder/garlic powder/salt/pepper) as necessary.
8. Serve hot.
