I was suddenly hungry last night (studying late) and wanted a quick, filling fix.
🌾 Rolled oats
🌾 Seeds: pumpkin and sunflower

1. In a bowl mix rolled oats and milk with a ratio of 1:1
2. Heat on high in the microwave for 3 minutes. Add milk as necessary if too dry
