Does not contain dough! The layers are made of zucchini! It was very delicious in my opinion. The only thing was probably the amount of water all vegetables released in the baking pot. To avoid this, it would be a good idea to drain the spinach, remove the sap of the tomatoes, and salt the zucchini so it releases water before cooking. I did not have any problems with the extra liquid though.
🥒 2 zucchini, sliced thin
🥒 3 big tomatoes/10 cherry tomatoes, sliced
🥒 175 gr minced meat
🥒 5 blocks frozen spinach, defrosted
🥒 200 gr mozarella
🥒 2 slices Gouda cheese
🥒 1 slice Goat cheese
🥒 3 cloves garlic, diced
🥒 1 cup sour cream
🥒 50 gr bolognese sauce (I used Natur Aktiv)
🥒 Salt, pepper, mixed herbs as necessary
1. Sauté garlic in a pan with olive oil and add the minced meat. Stir until cooked and add a few tablespoons of the Bolognese sauce.
2. Prepare a baking pan and add the ing ingredients in order:
a. Sliced zucchini (see picture)
b. Bolognese sauce and sour cream
c. Sliced tomatoes
d. Bolognese sauce and sour cream
e. Sliced zucchini
f. Spinach and sour cream
g. Minced meat
h. Sliced zucchini
i. Bolognese sauce and sour cream
3. Bake at 200C for 20-30 minutes.
4. Add mozarella and bake for another 5-10 minutes.
5. Serve hot
