Spinach Stuffed Mushrooms!
BEST MUSHROOMS FOR STUFFING
Use small-medium-sized mushrooms, they are the best for stuffing and perfect as a party appetizer or snack.
For them you’ll need:
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Clean mushrooms with a damp paper towel to remove any dirt.
Remove the stems from the mushrooms by pulling them to one side and then snapping them off. (Reserve the stems for a mushrooms stock).
Place mushrooms on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper.
In a medium-sized bowl add, spinach, and green onions, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined.
Fill each mushroom cap with 1 to 1 ½ tablespoon of the spinach filling mixture. Pay careful attention not to load them with more filling than they are tall to prevent overflow while baking.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
