Spaghetti with cheese sauce and garlic shrimps.
This is probably one of my best photographed pictures. I don’t do fancy plating and complicated pictures of my food because that is what homecooked is all about 🍻
– 5 🧀 La Vache Qui Rit
– 2 slices meltable cheese
– 200 gr small shrimps
– 1 big garlic clove
– parsley, finely chopped
– old cheese, grated
– salt and pepper
– 1/2 lemon juice
– 3 tbsp white wine
– in a saucepan on LOW heat add appx 3 tbsp olive oil, 3 tbsp milk and 5 La Vache qui rit triangles. – stir until mixed then add 2 slices of your favorite meltable cheese. Stir until everything is combined. Add milk if the sauce is too thick.
– in a non-stick pan heat up a generous amount of olive oil and add the shrimps. Stir for a while then add the crushed garlic.
– add salt and pepper, stir until cooked – reduce the heat and add 1/2 lemon juice, white wine and chopped parsley
Cook your favorite pasta, drain, and coat with olive oil.
Serve with grated cheese and enjoy 💛
