Sauted Cherry Tomatoes.
I know this recipe looks very simple, but it is so good I had to post it. We had this for our breakfast today, together with a sunny side up, walnut bread, and salmon spread.
🍅 A handful cherry tomatoes
🍅 3 cloves garlic, grated
🍅 Parsley, cut
🍅 Mixed herbs
🍅 Butter + olive oil
🍅 Pinch of salt
1. In a pan, heat some butter + olive oil + salt and saute garlic until fragrant.
2. After 1-2 minutes, add the cherry tomatoes. Stir occasionally.
3. Add parsley and mixed herbs, stir another minute.
