If not obvious, we are currently into salad 😁
Salad: mixed salad of choice tossed in olive oil.
Topping: alfalfa sprouts, tomatoes, roasted pine nuts and cashews, herb dried tomatoes.
Salmon: coat with salt, pepper, herbs, then pan-seared in olive oil and butter.
Dressing: 2 tbsp yogurt, 1/2 tsp mustard, dash of tomato sauce and mayonaise, paprika powder, mixed herbs.
