Red rice, tofu “sapo”, mendoan Tempeh

I used buckwheat for the mendoan, thus the dark color 🙂

Flour mixture = 4 tbsp flour + 2 tbsp rice flour + 2 tsp ketumbar powder + 2 tsp pepper + 2 tsp salt + 3 cloves grated garlic + spring onion + 250 ml water
You can first marinate the sliced Tempe in liquid mixture before adding the flour.
Fry in oil until brownish. Eat with sweet soya sauce
