Don’t you just love the sunflower
Wash quinoa well until the water comes clear. Place in a pot with water and (optional) add 1/2 bouillon cube. Cook as instructed on the package.
Place all vegetables on a baking tray, sprinkle with olive oil, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning. Bake in the oven until tender.
Dap dry and grill in a pan until golden.
