Ingredients:
🍞 1 cup almond flour
🍞 2 tbsp chia seed
🍞 ⅓ cup coconut flour
🍞 ¼ cup flax seed flour
🍞 1 tsp baking powder
🍞 1 tsp baking soda
🍞 ½ tsp Salt
🍞 1 tsp dry active yeast
🥯 if necessary: 2-3 tbsp flour
🥖 3 egg whites
🥖 1 whole egg
🥖 1 cup warm water
🥖 1 tsp olive oil

1. Preheat your oven to 180 C.
2. Mix 🍞 and 🥖 separately, then whisk to combine.
3. Allow to rest for 15 minutes, and check if there is excess liquid. If yes, gradually add the flour. Rest for another 15 minutes.
4. Divide “dough” in two and shape. You can cut the top a little with a knife if you prefer.
5. Shape and place on baking paper.
6. Bake for 60 minutes (check regularly).
Allow to cool before slicing.
