It’s a good breakfast for lunch! 😁

Ingredients:
🍳 2 eggs
🍳 Cherry tomatoes
🍳 1 sausage of choice
🍳 1 clove garlic
🍳 Cheese of choice (I used old Gouda and Brie)
🍳 1 slice (protein) bread
🍳 1/2 paprika, sliced
🍳 Salt and pepper
🍳 Oregano
1. Cook sausages in Olive oil until the sides are golden brown, then cut it in pieces.
2. Sauté garlic, tomatoes, sausages, and paprika until cooked (close with lid if necessary). Season with salt, pepper, and oregano.
3. Meanwhile, prepare a slice of bread and add slices cheese on top of it. Place in microwave until melted and spread out.
4. Make a sunny side up (I added some cracklings) and season with salt and pepper.
5. Plate and enjoy 🥰
