Pokébowl 1: baked salmon, seaweed, avocado, cucumber, beet root.
This recipe is in collaboration with my mom 🙂 she made me a bowl some time ago and it was heaven! I highly recommend you try this recipe out!
🥢 sushi rice, 2 portions
🍚 1/4 cup rice vinnegar
🍚 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
🍚 <1/8 cup white sugar 🍚 1/2 tsp salt 🥢 1 salmon slice/sushi grade raw salmon 🥢 1 cucumber 🥢 1/2 beet root 🥢 fresh seaweed 🥢 seaweed sprinkles (see pict) 🥢 sushi&sashimi soy sauce 🥢 wasabi 🥢 salt 🥢 pepper 🥢 rosemary 🥢 lemon 🥢 olive oil Rice: 1. In a pot, boil sushi rice in water until cooked 2. In a pot, combine all "🍚" ingredients above and heat it up until sugar and salt are dissolved 3. Pour (2) into (1) over low fire and keep stirring until there is no more liquid Salmon: Dap dry with tissue, season with olive oil, salt, pepper, lemon, and rosemary. Coat a pyrex plate with olive oil and bake at 180C until cooked. Other options: smoked salmon, sushi grade raw salmon. Sides: Beetroot: Steam until cooked, slice in sticks Cucumber: raw, sliced Avocado: raw, sliced Fresh seaweed Plate and serve with: Wasabi, sushi & sashimi soy sauce, seaweed sprinkles. . Serves: 2 Low carb option: less rice and more topping!!
