Other than being very delicious, these cups are high in fat and low in carbs!
🥜 125 gr (1/2 cup) peanut butter
🥜 52 gr (1/4 cup) melted coconut oil
🥜 25 gr (1/4 cup) cacao powder
🥜 2/3 tbsp honey
🥜 pinch of salt
🥜 topping: goji berries, sliced/crushed almonds, coconut flakes, or anything you fancy
Combine all ingredients and pour in a mould. I used these silicone cups because they are super easy to remove after. Place in freezer until solid. They can be stored in the fridge after.
PS: the peanut butter I used contains 70% peanut butter and 28% coconut.
