Nutty Peanut Butter Granola, anyone?

Ah all the things you can eat with this. Keep in an airtight container and store in the fridge for later use 🍻

Dry Ingredients:
🥜 2 cups of mixed rolled oats
🥜 1 cup shredded coconut
🥜 1 cup mixed nuts, chopped
🥜 pinch of salt
🥜 1 tsp cinnamon powder
Wet ingredients:
🥜 3.5 tbsp peanut butter (100% peanuts)
🥜 1 tbsp honey/maple syrup
🥜 3 tbsp coconut oil
1. Combine all dry ingredients
2. Combine all wet ingredients over low fire
3. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Use your hands if you must!
4. Spread mixture on a baking paper on a baking tray
5. Bake, 150C for 20 minutes
6. Let cool and enjoy or store
Optional: add dried fruit!
