Why make my own granola?
1. I know the composition and ingredients used.
2. I can control the amount and type of sugar.
3. It is easy, simple and fast to make.
I used to stroll around in supermarkets thinking about buying granola. However they usually contain too much sugar I always leave empty handed.
Now this problem no more. You can enjoy this granola as a snack, with milk, yoghurt, chia, anything.
I used all sorts of nuts for this dish. I roasted them in a pan over medium fire and it made the overall flavor much richer.
I love it!
