Delicious, healthy, and no added sugar. Perfect dessert.

In a food/hand mixer:
🥑 1 avocado
🥑 1 banana
🥑 1/3 cup (4 tbsp) cacao powder
🥑 100-150 ml milk/almond/soya/coconut milk
Mix until soft 🍮
Then stir in:
🌰 1 tbsp chia seeds
🌰 1/4 cup chopped nuts (I used Brazilian, almonds and hazelnuts)
Chill for about 1 hour before serving.
