My Veggie Wok

Ingredients:
🌿 3 eggs, beaten
🌿 2 tbsp milk
🌿 5 stems garlic leaves
🌿 3 carrots, sliced thin
🌿 1/2 paprika, sliced
🌿 5 stems asparagus, cut
🌿 1 zucchini, cut with a zoodle slicer
🌿 Tempe of choice. Mine was pre-made, marinated in sweet soy sauce
🌿 1 tbsp oyster sauce
🌿 1 tbsp salty soy sauce
🌿 0.5-1 tbsp ginger powder
🌿 Salt and pepper

1. Sauté carrots, paprika, asparagus, and garlic leaves in a pan with olive oil. Close with lid and stir occationally. When half cooked, add the zucchini “noodle”, oyster sauce, salty soy sauce, ginger powder, and pepper. Stir and close with lid until tender. Adjust salt quantity.
2. Beat egg, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl and scramble. You can also add some oyster sauce for extra flavor.
3. Sauté Tempe in a separate pan.
4. Serve.
