Mushroom leek Quiche. ⁠

Hello!! I hope you guys had a great weekend. Today I cooked this delicious and easy quiche. Using store-bought crust and filled with sautée leeks and mushrooms. A must try out, you won’t believe how good it tastes.⁠

I’m wishing you guys a good start to the month!⁠

How to:⁠
Preheat the oven to 200°C and set a rack in the middle position. Remove the pie crust from the fridge and set it outside for 5 minutes. Roll the dough onto your pie form, prick the bottom and sides all over with a fork, and bake until fully cooked and lightly golden, ca. 15 min.⁠
Heat some butter in a skillet over medium-low heat. Cook the mushroom until golden brown, then add the leeks and keep cooking until soft and translucent, about 8 minutes. Do not brown let the leek go brown. Set aside to cool.⁠
In a medium bowl, whisk four eggs, a cup of milk, a cup of cheese, salt, and pepper. ⁠
Now, spread the mushroom and leek, over the bottom of the cooked crust, then pour the egg mixture over the top. Bake for 25 min a 180°C.⁠

Enjoy warm next to a green salad.⁠
