Mushroom and Veggie Stir-Fry
🥬 300 gr mushrooms of choice
🥬 1 heads bok choy, cut in florets
🥬 Handful green beans, cut
🥬 2 large cloves garlic, grated
🥬 1 tbsp oyster sauce
🥬 salt, pepper to taste
1. Saute enoki mushroom in a pan with ghee/olive oil. Add 1 tbsp oyster sauce, salt, and pepper.
2. When somewhat cooked, add the vegetables and garlic, about 3 tbsp water, and cover with lid until cooked. Mix occasionally.
3. Serve hot.
