Moroccan Balls in Tomato Sauce

Ingredients:
🥬 400 gr spinach, chopped
🥬 1 onion, diced
🥬 1 cup tomato sauce
🥬 Sliced tomatoes
🦴 250 gr minced meat
🦴 Salt, pepper, chicken seasoning, 1 tsp garlic powder, chilli flakes

1. In a bowl, combine 🦴. Heat a pan with oil and fry the “balls”, set aside.
2. In the same pan, stirfry onion until golden, then add the spinach leaves. Cover with lid and allow to whither.
