Ingredients:
🥬 10-15 Chinese cabbage leaves
🥬 2 bok choy
🥬 2 carrots, chopped
🥬 1 onion, chopped
🥬 5 cloves garlic, grated
🥬 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
🥬 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
🥬 500 mL water
🥬 Salt and pepper to taste
🥬 Olive oil

1. Sauté onion and garlic in a pot until fragrant with olive oil.
2. Add the carrots and some water. Close with lid.
3. Cut bok choy and Chinese cabbage into small cuts about 2 cm wide.
4. Add the vegetables and water into the pot, close with lid, let boil. Stir occasionally.
5. Add the seasonings when the leaves have wilted.
6. Cook until tender.
