Minced Meat n Veggies + Sunny Side Up 🌞
I find this a very heartwarming recipe. The meat is so juicy it fits perfectly with the peas and carrots. The half cooked egg yolk adds up to the flavor.
🥕 200g frozen peas and carrots
🥕 200g minced meat (I used a mix of pork and beef)
🥕 4 eggs (2 per person)
🥕 3 cloves garlic (I love garlic)
🥕 olive oil
🥕 salt + pepper + mixed herbs
🥕sauté garlic until fragrant, then add meat, salt, pepper, and mixed herbs to taste. When the meat is almost cooked, add the frozen vegetables.
🥕 in a pan add 2 eggs and sprinkle salt and pepper on top. Close the pan with the lid. Remove from heat when eggwhite is cooked. Make sure the yolk is still runny.
Serve and enjoy 🍳
