🥐 1/3 cup (45g) rolled oats or gluten-free rolled oats⁣⁣
🥐 1/4 cup (40g) raw almonds⁣⁣
🥐 1.5 tbsp. stevia
🥐 1 Tbsp. cocoa powder or cacao powder
🥐 1/8 tsp salt⁣⁣
🥥 2 Tbsp. + 1 tsp melted coconut oil⁣⁣ FILLING⁣⁣:
🍃 3/4 cup (100g) raw cashews (soaked 4-6 hours and rinsed)
🍃 1/2 cup (120ml) coconut cream⁣⁣
🍃 30 g white chocolate⁣, melted⁣
🍃 3 tsp matcha powder⁣⁣
🍃 1 tbsp stevia
🍃 2 tsp honey
🍃 2 Tbsp. lemon juice⁣⁣
🍃 1/2 tsp lemon zest⁣⁣
🍃 Pinch of salt

1. Preheat oven to 170⁰C. Pulse 🥐 in a food processor until it becomes like flour. Add ⁣⁣🥥 and mix well. Press mixture against the sides & bottom of a baking tray and bake for 15-20 min. Place in the fridge after it cools down.
