This one is cooked by my friend 🥰
So it’s not my usual low-sugar recipe. However I wish to keep the recipe here because it turned out very good!
Yummmyyyy.. some cravings satisfied!

Ingredients:
🧂 125 gr all purpose flour
🧂 175 ml water
🧂 25 gr sugar
🧂 1/4 tsp baking powder
🧂 1/4 tsp salt
🧂 1/2 tsp yeast
🥚 2 eggs
🥚 25 gr sugar
🥚 1/8 tsp baking soda
🧇 Garnish: sugar, margarin, cheese, chocolate sprinkles, crushed peanuts, sweet condensed milk.

1. In a pot, mix 🧂 (except for the yeast) until smooth. Then, stir in the yeast and leave for 1 hour.
2. In another pot, mix 🥚 until incorporated. Stir in (1) and set aside for 10 minutes. The dough should start to bubble/have holes.
3. Heat a non-stick pan on medium-low and spread butter evenly on the bottom.
4. Pour batter until 1/2 or 3/4 pan height, twirl the pan so the sides are battered, then cover with a lid until half cooked. Remember pan should be on medium-low.
5. Sprinkle the dough with sugar, then cover until the surface dries up and the sides are golden.
6. Remove from the pan, slice in half, and smear with butter.
7. Garnish and fold. Enjoy.
