Lately, my body had not been reacting well to any nut butter. So, I needed to try a new granola recipe without Tahini, peanut butter, etc., as they are essential for my weekday breakfasts!

This time I try using apple muss, and it works perfectly. Enjoy it with yogurt and seasonal khakis.
Here’s how to do it:

Ingredients
1/2 cup apple muss
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup raw almond
1/2 cup raw pumpkin seeds
Pinch of salt

Method:
Heat oven to 180°C. Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix the wet ingredients, and then incorporate the dry ingredients, and stir together well. Take this mixture and spread it flat onto the lined baking sheet. You can press down with a spoon, or your hands.
Pop the baking sheet in the oven for 30 minutes, rotating the sheet halfway for even cooking. Once cool, break it up with your hands into chunks.

Note: If you want the granola to be chunky, the ingredients all must stick together on the baking sheet.
