It’s been a while since I made this. Unlike other brownie recipes, you can tweak this recipe and it always yields something soft, delicious and chocolate-y to eat. This time I added melted chocolate. Best enjoyed warm with a nice cup of ☕ 🍯 1.5 cup black beans, drained
🍯 40 gr dark chocolate
🧂1/3 cup rolled oats
🧂1/3 cup mixed nuts
🍯 3 tbsp chocolate chips
🍯 6 tbsp coconut oil
🍯 3/4 tbsp honey
🍯 2 tbsp cocoa powder
🧂1 tbsp stevia
🧂1 tbsp chia seeds
🧂1 tbsp instant coffee
🍯 2 tsp vanilla extract
🧂1/2 tsp baking powder
🧂1/4 tsp salt

1. Blend mixed nuts until most becomes powder. Add rolled oats and blend a little bit. Set aside and add all dry ingredients except for chocolate (see symbol 🧂). Mix well.
2. Melt the dark chocolate, coconut oil and honey in the microwave.
3. Blend black beans, vanilla extract and (2) until soft.
4. Add (1) and chocolate chips.
5. Place in a baking tray, bake at 175C for 17 minutes.
