Vegetables eaten with peanut sauce is good! Don’t believe me? Try this out!
Unfortunately, though, I am still not able to make the peanut sauce myself – I have not tried yet honestly. I hope one day that will not be a problem anymore.

Ingredients:
🥜 1/2 sachet gado-gado sauce
🥜 3 medium sized carrots, cut as shown in picture
🥜 1/2 cucumber, cut as shown in picture
🥜 1/2 cabbage
🥜 2 eggs
🥜 2 chicken breast
🥜 Tempeh, cut as shown in picture
🥜 handful asparagus, halved

1. Peanut sauce: mix with warm water as written on package.
2. Cabbage: boil in water until cooked, then slice as shown in image.
3. Tempeh: fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
4. Asparagus: saute in butter with some salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
5. Chicken: season with salt and pepper, or any seasoning you like, and grill in a pan until cooked.
6. Egg: boil for 4-5 minutes.
Carrots and cucumber: serve raw.
7. Plate and enjoy.
