I don’t have the exact recipe, but here goes!
Meat: 500 gr minced meat seasoned with smoked paprika, salt, pepper, chilli flakes, curry powder, sweet soy sauce, salty soy sauce. In the pan, sauté paprika and onion, then add the meat, kale and minced garlic. In the end, add green onions.
Quinoa: cook as indicated and add frozen mixed fruits.
