Fruit Cookies.

Believe it or not, the main ingredient of this cookie is fruits!! To name a few: kiwi, banana, apple 🥰. These cookies are soft cookies and need to be finished within a few days (trust me, this won’t be a problem). They are definitely worth a try. I added NO EXTRA SUGAR whatsoever.

Ingredients:
🍌 2 ripe bananas, mashed
🍌 2 ripe kiwis, mashed
🍌 2 medium apples, grated
🍌 1.5 tbsp chia seeds
🍌 1 tbsp lemon juice
🍌 1 tsp vanilla extract
🍌 100 gr almond butter
🍌 1.25 cup oats
🍌 3 tbsp chopped almonds
🍌 50 gr chopped dark chocolate (70%) 1. Preheat oven to 175C.
2. Mix all ingredients together and let rest for 5-10 minutes.
3. Spoon the dough on a sheet of baking paper. Add crushed almonds and more chocolate/chocolate chips as desired.
4. Bake for 20 minutes.
5. Let cool on rack before eating them. They will harden as they cool.

Pro tip: if the cookie dough turned out too wet, fear not! Next time, drain the water from the grated apples and they will be dryer.
