For all the corn and Cachapa lovers out there, I bring you this recipe it is delicious and easy to make. The classical bake in muffins, you can eat them with butter, cheese, honey, bacon, and eggs!⁠

🇺🇸… For eight muffins⁠
Ingredients:⁠
1 can of sweet corn, drained.⁠
1/4 cup of milk. (I used almond milk)⁠
1 tbsp oil⁠
1 cup of whole wheat flour or pan_espana PAN flour⁠
1 egg⁠
1 tsp. baking powder⁠
1/4 cup brown sugar⁠
pinch of salt⁠

Directions:⁠
Drain the corn and blend it with the milk until you get a thick mixture, not very liquid.⁠
In a bowl, combine all the dry ingredients.⁠
Gradually add the corn and milk mixture and combine. Add the egg and oil and incorporate it until you have a smooth batter.⁠
Grease the muffins form and pour the batter.⁠
Bake at 180°C for 25-30 min⁠
Wait for them to cool a little, remove from the form, and serve!⁠
On top, I put some butter and feta cheese.⁠
