Enokitake with Oyster Sauce

Ingredients:
🥬 100 gr enoki mushrooms
🥬 3 heads bok choy
🥬 1 carrot, sliced thin
🥬 2 large cloves garlic, grated
🥬 1 tbsp oyster sauce
🥬 salt, pepper to taste
1. Saute carrots and enoki mushroom in a pan with ghee/olive oil. Add 1 tbsp oyster sauce, salt, and pepper.
2. When somewhat cooked, add the bok choy and garlic, about 3 tbsp water, and cover with lid. Mix occasionally.
3. Serve hot.
