Dark Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients:
200 gr chocolate, chopped
12 tbsp melted butter (170 gram)
1 cup sugar = 1/6 cup stevia, 1/6 cup sugar, 1 extra egg white, 2 tbsp yoghurt
2 large eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup flour (90 gr), sieved
1/4 cup cocoa powder (26 gr)
1/2 tsp salt
1.5 tsp instant coffee
extra chocolate chips

1. Melt 100 gram chopped chocolate
2. Using a mixer/whisk:
Sugar + melted butter -> fluffy
+ egg + vanilla -> fluffy
+ melted chocolate -> mix a little
3. Fold in flour, cacao, salt, coffee
4. Fold in chocolate chunks
5. Place in baking tray (aluminium preferred) pre-coated with butter and flour (30×10 cm)
6. Bake at 180 C (when using regular sugar) or 160 C (when substituting)
7. Bake for 20 minutes, then check every 5 minutes with a stick. If you substitute the sugar, it may take longer.
8. Remove from the oven, then tap 3x on the counter to “crack the top”
9. Allow to cool
