Coconut oat cookies

The cookies have less sugar so it may be drier. But they are still goooodddd… will use dark chocolate chunks next time for that melt effect.

Ingredients
🧈 135 g butter, room temperature
🧈 50 g brown sugar
🧈 50 g white sugar
🍎 80 ml appelmoes
🍎 7 g ground cinnamon
🍎 6 g ground flaxseeds
🍎 1 tsp vanilla extract
🍎 5 g baking soda
🍎 5 g baking powder
🍎 ½ tsp salt
🥥 250 g all-purpose flour
🥥 200 g rolled oats
🥥 80 g unsweetened shredded coconut
🌰 1 cup chopped nuts
🌰 ¾ cup chocolate chips

1. Mix and whip 🧈 in a bowl.
2. Add 🍎, whip until everything is well combined.
3. Slowly add 🥥 and fold gently.
4. Fold 🌰 gently. At this point my dough was slightly too dry so I added 2 tbsp ghee to the mixture. It should be crumbly but mould-able.
5. Shape dough into thick cookies 🍪. Top with coarse salt (even +chilli).
6. Bake at 180C for 12 – 14 minutes. Allow to cool and harden before consumption.
