Chia Pudding with Warm Cinnamon Apple and Tangerines 🥰
What a delicious breakfast! I love the perfect blend of sweet and sour! Of course after this picture was taken I added another tangerine inside and another heaping spoon of apples.
🍊 1 cup yoghurt/kefir of choice
🍊 3-4 tbsp chia
🍊 2 apples, cut in cubes
🍊 2 tangerines, peeled
🍊 Palm/brown sugar
🍊 2 tbsp cinnamon
Combine yoghurt and chia, stir, and fridge overnight.
1. Place the cubed apples in a pan, add a little bit of water, and place over a small fire.
2. Add sugar and cinnamon to taste.
Mix chia pudding with the toppings! Be creative! You can add granola, chocolate chips, berries, chocolate sauce.. anything!
