Chia Pudding with caramelized banana, fresh apples, chocolate chips, kiwi, sliced almonds, and cinnamon powder.
Mix your favorite yoghurt with a generous amount of chia seeds and leave for at least 3-4 hours.
Slice banana and fry until golden brown. I used ghee to fry.
Kiwi and apples: fresh and homegrown.
