Can’t get enough of these home made dried persimmons!
It was given by a friend 💛
All you need is ripe (but not soft) persimmon.
How do you know it’s ripe, you may ask? “Experience” said my friend. Then he added “the more orange the more ripe.”
Slice persimmon in 0.5 mm slices, place on baking tray and bake at 60C (fan on) overnight. Turn midway. Done!
