Breakfast for Champions. .
Bread: protein bread with paprika hummus. 😍
Perfectly scrambled eggs: fluffy and soft. The secret: whisk your eggs well before putting them in a pan with butter. Stir continuously. I added a spoon of sourcream in the pan and seasoned it with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Banana berry and mango smoothie:
Base: 1 frozen banana + yoghurt + 1 cup frozen berries, blended.
Top: 1.5 refrigerated mango + yoghurt, blended.
Optional: add moesli / oats / chia!
We were so lucky to come across these sweet ripe mangoes in the shop. It doesn’t come every day.
