Ingredients:
360 gr of All-Purpose Flour
50 gr White Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt ( add it while the dough is mixing)
50gr melted Butter
180gr Warm Milk
1 medium egg
7 gr Dry Yeast ( 1 packet dry yeast)
Dry herbs (optional)
Note: The dough must be soft and sticky if needed, only add two more tbsp of flour.

Filling:
60 gr Butter
100 gr Brown Sugar
1 tbsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Salt

Chocolate glaze:
60 gr dark chocolate
1 tbsp sugar
30-45 ml strong brewed coffee or milk.

Directions:
1. Whisk the flour, sugar, and yeast together in a large bowl. Set aside.
2. Combine the milk, and melted butter in a bowl.
3. Pour into the dry ingredients, the egg, and salt. Stir until it forms a soft dough or use your mixer.
4. On a lightly floured surface, knead the dough for 4 minutes. Place in a lightly greased bowl, cover loosely and let rest for about 15 minutes.
5. Roll the dough out in a rectangle shape. Now spread the softened butter on top and the mix of sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle it all over the dough. Roll up the dough tightly. Cut into even rolls and arrange in a lightly greased round cake pan.
6. Tightly cover the rolls and allow to rise in a warm, draft-free space for 90 minutes.
7. After the rolls have doubled in size, bake them in a preheated oven at 180°C, for 20-25 minutes.
8. Make the icing: Melt the chocolate without letting it burn, add sugar, milk, and whisk together. Drizzle or spread over warm rolls.
