This baked Cauliflower didn’t go exactly as planned. The garlic was over-baked, so the flavor in general too bitter.
• Too much garlic (I used 5 cloves)
• Poor oven (old, broken fan)
• Didn’t put the foil soon enough.
The food was edible though (we finished it!), so with better alterations it should be okay. Anyway, I don’t want to lose the recipe so here goes:
🌶️ 1 medium sized cauliflower
🌶️ 3 cloves garlic, sliced
🌶️ 1/3 cup tahini
🌶️ 3 tbsp olive oil
🌶️ 1 tsp cumin
🌶️ 2.5 tbsp paprika
🌶️ 1 tsp garlic powder
🌶️ 1 tsp chili powder
🌶️ 2/3 tbsp salt
Mix all ingredients together and pour it over the cauliflower (the whole top and bottom). Bake on 200C for 35 minutes (or less), cover with aluminium foil, and bake for another 40 minutes.
