Alison Roman’s Creamy Farro With Crispy Mushrooms for the NYT Cooking.
I love her and all that she cooks, have you ever try any of her recipes? I’ve done several and they never disappoint.
I substitute farro for quinoa, and it works perfectly. Also, skipped the sourcream because of intolerance, but soja skyr yogurt works very well.
An extra tip, go crazy with the lemon dill!
