3-Ingredient Banana oatmeal cookies.
They make the perfect snack throughout a busy working day. Filled with chocolate for that extra kick, they are like eating a bowl of oatmeal but in a cookie.
All three ingredients are mixed in one bowl, and stir until you have a thick, sticky dough.
To make them:
Preheat the oven at 180°C, and prepare your baking sheet.
Using the back of a fork, mash two bananas in a medium bowl. Add in 350gr oats and gently stir until all of the oats and bananas are mixed and look like a thick cookie batter. At this point, I like to let the mix rest for 20 minutes, so the oats absorb more moisture from the banana.
Add 60gr chocolate chips! Sprinkle them into the dough and stir until they are just mixed.
Form 12 cookies and place them on the baking sheet. These cookies don’t spread while baking.
Cook for15 minutes and lightly golden. Cool and enjoy!
